When people start any diet, training, etc… they usually think of weight loss as something measurable on a scale. They get easily discouraged when the pounds or kilograms are not melting away. They’ve done a lot of work but not really seeing any progress.
There might be a better way to measure that isn’t so discouraging, girth measurements. Maybe inches are coming off or better yet, slowly converting from fat to muscle. With muscle weighing more than fat, you might not see the change so much on the scale but in the inches around your body.
So go ahead, take those measurements and see your progress (and your confidence) rise up!
