Here’s a quick 5 pose, 15 min max, way to take that pause for your mental health. If you want a longer pause, hold these poses for three good, long breathes (each side of required) and you’ll definitely feel better!

So close your laptop, turn your phone to silent, put yourself in a place of peace, turn on some music, light those candles, rub that essential oil in, or do anything to help you take a mental break.
