Forget Me Not Friday: Mental Health Break

Stressed? Depressed? Anxious?

In these uncertain times, it takes a toll on your mental health. Sometimes we forget to just stop, breathe, and be present. Here’s a quick 5 pose, 15 min max, way to take that pause for your mental health. If you want a longer pause, hold these poses for three good, long breathes (each side of required) and you’ll definitely feel better!

Poses: Thunderbolt Pose, Seated Forward Fold, Downward Dog, Cobra, and Warrior 2.

So close your laptop, turn your phone to silent, put yourself in a place of peace, turn on some music, light those candles, rub that essential oil in, or do anything to help you take a mental break.
