Knees!
You’re on your feet all day and feeling pain in your legs or you’re sitting at a desk and when you stand up it sounds like the 4th of July in the USA. Sounds like your knees could use a good stretch and with it your legs as well.
Whether knee injury, just weak knees, to much or lack of activity, here’s a few exercises to help lengthen and strengthen them.
They’re just as important to your alignment and strength as say, your back and spine.
