Get Outside!
Remote work, remote classroom, or just not wanting to leave your home. While it is great to have home as your place of comfort, sometimes you need more than one comforting place. And there’s no better place than getting outside and enjoying nature. Whether that be the ocean, mountains, a local park, your back yard, or even a patio… get outside and get some fresh air or better yet some sun. Activate that Vitamin D!
Better yet, do some yoga or outdoor fitness. Trust me, you’ll not regret it!
