I had wanted to talk about breathing and how important it is. Not just shallow, survival breathing that is our normal breathe but a really feel it in your deep, lower back breathing that clears mind, body, and soul. And while this can be a blog in and of its self, let alone a yoga class in and of its self, I felt it would be better to talk about something a little bit more relevant to your practice right now and how breathing correctly might help you accept YOUR poses.
